Rajma Masala traditionally consists of spices such as garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder in measured quantities for the perfect taste. All of these spices combine to create a delicious blend of flavors.
Its traditionally used to prepare Punjabi rajma recipes but can also be added to chole and Channa for enhanced flavour.
